Hello and thank you for visiting our website.
We have changed our appearance and enhanced our
look. Although we no longer distribute herbal products we are still concerned
about our customers and we pledge to bring you the same quality in our
tea that we brought to you with our herbs and herbal products That's our
goal at Vitality Nut. Why be healthy if you can't have fun?

While the domain name "vitalitynut.com"
has been around since 2003, it wasn't until 2006 that Vitality Nut became
a stand alone website with actual products to distribute. The products
were distributed under the brand name "God's Good Earth", but
were discontinued in April 2009. Between 2003 and 2006 vitalitynut.com
was actually an "affiliate site for hebal products.
Vitality Nut still promotes a healthy lifestyle, natural living, herbal medicine, and holistic treatment for illnesses and does so by providing links to web sites that have products that we believe to be a natural and/ or wholesome benefit to ones over all health and vitality; hence the name, "Vitality Nut".
Although we may have dropped some things
from Vitality Nut, we have added so much more to make "V Nut"
a more interactive web site. All our interactive material ,in our opinion,
is stimulating to the mind and creates a sense of well being, which in
turn benefits the body. Some of the changes that are in the works are:
- a tea or coffee club with a newsletter so those who love their tea and
coffee can keep up with things in the tea and coffee community.
- a news page for members to keep up on current events in the health community;
- a game room where visitors can stimulate their minds with fun and amusing
activities.
- an "affiliate program" where customers who would like to make
a spare income can sign up and distribute Vitality Nut products.
There are also other projects in the works
which are really too far into the future to discuss at the moment but the
plans are really big

and we promote it every chance we get. After all if you're not happy, chances

Guarantee
In the event that any Vitality Nut customer is not completely satisfied
by any purchased product for any reason, the purchase price will be cheerfully
refunded upon return of the merchandise or product, or a credit for equally
priced or better product may be issued.

Claims and Returns
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made
within 3 business days of the product being received. There will be No
exceptions to this policy. If a product arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy
Vitality Nut will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner
and to our customer's satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the
sole discretion of Vitality Nut and will only be issued if damaged products
or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If our customer disposes
of the gift before we can verify the damages/ discrepancy we will not issue
any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by e-mail. Claims will
not be accepted via the phone.
Incorrect
Address All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and
zip. Vitality Nut will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered
or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to
the address supplied on the order.
- A $12.50 Fee will be added to your bill on ground shipments and a $15.00 fee
on air shipments when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an
address correction or when a suite number / apartment number is not supplied.
This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not
match.
- Claims or requests for refunds on products returned due to a bad address
will not honored.
- Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers / apartment numbers
or incorrect information will not be honored.
